The "CPF274ALK" is an OEIC developed for front monitoring to control the laser power of pickups for BD/DVD/CD with a single IC. It features a serial interface, allowing for the selection of five gain modes (coarse gain adjustment) and gain adjustment of ±4.7dB (fine gain adjustment). Additionally, it eliminates the need for variable resistors for gain adjustment, reducing the number of components.
